  • This position is responsible for assisting the onsite manager with managing a free standing warehouse kitting operation in support of the Spirit Halloween stores.
  • The site will receive, sort and ship kitted merchandise and In Store Experience display pallets to stores.
  • 1PL Warehouse Assistant Manager will ensure processes are followed and that space is properly utilized within the facility. This includes housekeeping, safety standards and all company policies are adhered to during the course of all operations.
  • Cover all daily job responsibilities in absence of the Site Manager.

Job Requirements


  • Minimum age requirement for a 1PL Warehouse Assistant Manager is 18.
  • The physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, stooping, stretching, reaching and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Experience supervising a cohesive team in completing assigned tasks and goals is a plus.
  • Must be able to shift priorities and maintain momentum in a distribution environment.
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written are essential.
  • Able to work various shifts and overtime as needed – to include possible weekends.
