Responsibilities

  • Supports, designs, develops, and enhances test processes and reporting for QA processes
  • Define test phases, and milestones for system upgrades, and large software implementations:
  • Develops and manage test sequencing strategy that prioritizes critical processes and reflects functional dependencies.
  • Coordinate end-to-end testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities with the functional teams.
  • Manage and facilitate the overall defect resolution process, escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Track activities, defect resolution, and provide leadership updates and reporting
  • Conducts daily status calls during test execution.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with automated testing tools Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a quantitative discipline in science, business, or social science.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Software testing
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Test Automation.
  • Must have experience in E-commerce testing
  • Experience in building and optimizing test strategies for large scale programs.
  • Experienced in Design and implementation of automation framework for Web and mobile automation.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
  • Proficient in all forms of functional testing across all browsers and devices.
  • Excellent time management & communication skills
  • Experience in designing, maintaining, and improving any test automation frameworks (Data driven, Keyword driven or Hybrid)
  • Proficient understanding of Source Control software and Code Collaboration tools (Git, SVN, etc.)
  • Must Possess Strong experience in project Implementation
  • Passion for engaging stakeholders and building productive relationships
  • Strong knowledge of project management practices and ability to document processes and procedures as needed.

Preferred Experience

  • Familiar with cloud services such as Jira and Azure DevOps in the areas of Project Management and CI/CD
  • Exposure to working in container environments like Docker, Jenkins and Kubernetes
