Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Respond to customer questions via written platforms such as live chat and email.
  • Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues or concerns within predefined parameters.
  • Troubleshoot with customers by the timely coordination of field input where required.
  • Maintain files and report the monthly activity of inquiries.


Education and/or Experience:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six to 12 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous call center or live chat experience preferred.

Computer Skills:

  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software, Spreadsheet software, and Word Processing software.
  • This includes Microsoft Office programs.

Other Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong written communication skills including excellent spelling/grammar skills.
  • Strong positive attitude toward customers and business.
