Responsibilities
Spencer’s & Spirit is seeking a highly motivated HR Engagement Analyst to join our organization to administer employee surveys and analyze survey data with a focus on our Great Place to Work For All initiative. This is an exciting opportunity to positively contribute to and support the company’s commitment to its teams and communities through innovation and continuous improvement for all. The successful candidate will report to the Associate Director, HR & Communications.
- Collect and compile HR metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and employee surveys.
- Administer and maintain annual and pulse employee surveys through Emprising and other survey platforms.
- Field and assist with employee survey-related questions and platform support.
- Analyze employee survey data while incorporating benchmark and historical data.
- Summarize survey data analysis in a digestible format to showcase patterns and trends.
- Assist in preparation of presentations to share survey data results, patterns and trends as appropriate throughout all levels of the organization, including executive leadership.
- Support the planning and administration of company listening sessions.
- Focus on continuous learning and research regarding best practices for employee surveys.
- Support the overall employee engagement strategy as necessary.
- Act as an ambassador of our company mission, values and guiding principles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
- Maintains a positive, professional demeanor in all interactions, internally and externally.
- Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Flexible, adaptable and team-oriented.
- Anticipates well, takes initiative and able to be strategic to make impact.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, collaborative and fun environment.
