Responsibilities

  • Maintain all Spirit security equipment for Spirit over the phone using remote management software.
  • Troubleshoot safes (both white and black safes, and double stacked).
  • Program and Activate Alarm Systems
    • Activate 2GIG GoControl! alarm systems.
    • Walk stores through installation (expert in installation procedure).
    • Walk stores through how to use system (expert in alarm troubleshooting).
    • Updating alarm account information.
    • Provide alarm codes for all members of management.
  • Program and Activate Security Camera Systems
    • Activate Lorex security camera systems.
    • Walk stores through installation (expert in installation procedure).
    • Walk stores through how to use system (expert in security camera troubleshoot).
    • Maintain camera systems remotely using software program applications
  • Create an in-depth alarm system account via web portal
  • Maintain alarm system account including updated users and store information
  • Troubleshoot alarm and security camera systems.
  • Troubleshoot any alarm and camera system “troubles”.
  • Disable any codes for terminated/changed members of management.
  • Maintain locksmith re-keys for Spirit stores (lease required, management changes).
  • Provide temporary locksets for interchangeable core cylinder locks.
  • Use Excel, Google Drive, and other detailed spreadsheets to log all activity completed.

Qualifications

*Proof of vaccination for COVID-19 required for employment, reasonable accommodations considered for medical, pregnancy or sincerely held religious beliefs.

Strong technical skills including computer programming and hardware installation knowledge.

These skills become incorporated into providing and maintaining the alarm codes, installation of the alarm equipment, and troubleshooting alarm equipment and programming account settings are the most important and primary reason for the position. All specific procedures will be provided through in-depth training.
