The Manager of Real Estate Strategy and Analysis will be responsible for managing Financial Planning activities, building financial models, and helping to develop long-term growth strategies in partnership with other departments. It is the primary responsibility of the Manager to provide financial oversight and operational support to Real Estate Store Development.

Accountabilities also include developing, maintaining, and championing the use of reporting tools to expand the breadth and depth of financial operational reporting in pursuit of improved visibility to management, support strategic and tactical decision making.

  • Perform strategic analysis and present results to executive leadership team
  • Establish financial discipline in the development of accurate and timely P&L projections
  • Provide support to the team in development and maintenance of financial models
  • Provide Value Engineering method and analysis for recommendations related to retail operations and strategy
  • Analyze and interpret complex financial concepts; provide clear and concise summaries and recommendations and influence decision makers with facts supporting recommendations
  • Proactively analyze and evaluate the business; propose opportunities for expense management and improvements
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners in managing brand initiatives and addressing brand projects
  • Partner in the development of an annual fleet review process with the brand leadership and the Real Estate Department
  • Support various special projects and reporting requirements to assist with the development of real estate strategy


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, and 3 or more years of progressive finance leadership
  • Experience in operational and financial analysis
  • Retail background a plus
  • Proven track record of process improvement
  • Ability to delegate projects and coordinate the team efforts of analysts
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
  • Comfortable dealing with ambiguity
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong organization, verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative with a strategic mindset along with the ability to turn concepts into action
  • A change agent who is flexible, resilient and able to thrive in a dynamic and rapid paced environment
