Responsibilities

This role is responsible for assisting the Spirit Real Estate Department and other internal/external partners with the coordination and management of Real Estate processes.

  • Collect data via emails and accurately input data into the Real Estate Database (CoStar Real Estate Manager)
  • Process Real Estate Leases, which includes printing leases, obtaining appropriate signatures, coordinating payments, and sending out lease packages with all of the correct documentation (i.e. insurance certificates, payments, etc.)
  • Create and update vendors in financial systems
  • Follow up on lease information (including but not limited to: payment information, insurance requirements, and appropriate contacts) and fully executed leases
  • Maintain lease files both in the Real Estate Database to ensure all mandatory documents are collected
  • Process and obtain business licenses by communicating with the appropriate municipalities and jurisdictions and applying and paying for applications either online or by mail

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with MS Office to include Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Real Estate background is a plus
