Primary responsibility of this position is to provide support to Logistics Finance and Supply Chain Organization with Operational Reporting and Analytics.  Ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large amounts of data.  Must have strong quantitative analysis and problem-solving skills.        

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for generating, publishing, and maintaining Supply Chain related dashboards/reporting.
  • Transform complex and large volume of data to meaningful analysis that can be easily interpreted by the business partners.
  • Provide strategic analytics to drive business process improvements and cost reductions.
  • Lead cross-functional team in designing and developing data sources, reporting solutions and analytics.
  • Lead discussions with key management personnel in articulating operational results.
  • Participate in the data governance efforts representing Logistics Finance.
  • Support the budgeting process by providing volumes and metrics as inputs into the financial models.
  • Work with the business partners and technical BI team in developing Power BI reporting.
  • Challenge the status quo and constantly looks for ways to improve data quality and streamline the process of capturing the data.
  • Other duties may be assigned as needed


Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor's degree (B.A. /B.S.) from four-year college or university and five or more years of related experience and/or training.

Computer/Technical Skills:              

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software suite
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and the ability to create functioning models driven by variables. Use of Power Query, Power Pivots and Data Models.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI or similar applications is desired.



Other Skills and Abilities:   

  • 5+ years of experience in Reporting and Analytics in logistics, retail, apparel or other consumer-focused industries.
  • Highly analytical, detail oriented and strong business sense and problem solving skills delivering forecasting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of results.
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload and achieve effective results in a fast-paced, dynamic, ever-growing and often ambiguous environment; effective multi-tasking skills are vital.
  • Outstanding inter-personal and communication skills with the ability to influence brand leaders through relationship building, business insights and critical thinking.
  • Strong appreciation for data integrity and clear process definitions.
  • Self-motived with the ability to work independently or in a team effectively.
