Pay Range: 99,500-141,300
The pay range reflects the potential base salary range for this role. Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as relevant experience and skills, and the scope and responsibilities of the position.
Responsibilities
During the months of July to October Spirit Halloween opens/operates over 1,400 temporary stores in US and Canada. The Senior Manager, Real Estate is responsible for securing the Company’s temporary real estate portfolio in the assigned territory, implementation of the real estate market strategy and manages deal flow to achieve the plan. Securing Real Estate for the number one Halloween retailer in the country starts November 1st.

Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have good computer experience (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
Other Skills and Abilities:
