Job Description

Administrator Facilities and Store Development based in Egg Harbor Township, is responsible for overseeing the overall retail store maintenance working closely with Store Managers/District Managers and contractors to identify problems, develop solutions, review estimates, and coordinate work.   

Responsibilities

Maintenance 

  • Promptly and courteously assist a 700+ national fleet of stores
  • Schedule store facilities maintenance such as cleaning, mechanical, electrical/plumbing, fire protection systems etc. through the company’s maintenance service system (Work Oasis), to be completed in a qualitative, cost effective and timely manner;
  • Request quotes, review proposals, award work, follow up on quality and completeness of the work, approve invoices and maintain cost summary to ensure strict budget adherence.
  • Manage, coordinate and communicate with the company internal resources to include real estate, facilities, IT, Security/CCT/safes, store operations and construction to ensure timely completion and adherence to scheduled opening dates, repair dates ad budgets
  • Manage, coordinate and communicate with the external resources to include vendors and suppliers to ensure progressive collaborative thinking to improve processes, reduce cost and execute quicker.
  • Manage the yearly store closing process by coordinating with contractors, Mall Management and District Managers within the allotted budget as well as cancelling future services such as HVAC, Music, etc.
  • Identify problems and coordinate requirements/design with the Store Manager/District Manager and contractor;
  • Manage HVAC equipment to proactively understand potential issues, ensure capital spend is maximized, repair and replace as required minimizing the store environment disruption will being as cost effective as possible.
  • Package and ship store parts for fixture and equipment repair
  • Maintain status update of costs and schedule for review with Facilities Management;
Qualifications
  • 4 -5 years' experience preferably in retail or multi-location facilities management; 
  • Must have a working knowledge of Excel, Word and E-mail
  • Working Knowledge of  Work Oasis or Service Channel a plus;
  • General knowledge of standard quality means and materials in cleaning, mechanical, electrical,  plumbing and fire protection systems,;
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Excellent organizational, focusing and multitasking abilities
