POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for maintaining customer service reports, conducting guest outreach and identifying and reporting on ecommerce issues.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Outbound contacts to guests who had difficulty or are interested in placing large orders.
  • Identify and report on web-errors in a timely manner.
  • Maintain most interdepartmental reports
  • Report on guest feedback weekly



Job Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six to 12 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of Database software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.  This includes Microsoft Office programs.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong people and organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong positive attitude towards customers and business.
