POSITION SUMMARY •    Involved in the development of BI strategies to support current and future needs
•    Support and contribute with the building BI solutions
•    Support systems and process in conjunction with BI solutions RESPONSIBILITIES

•    Support customer requests and small project requirements
•    Support in designing and building of dashboards, visualizations and analytics
•    Support in designing and developing MicroStrategy objects
•    Contribute towards data warehouse maintenance and ETL activity
•    Hands-on development/maintenance experience in MicroStrategy 10.x
•    Support day to day activities and fulfill the ad-hoc requests
•    Support the monitoring of BI process and schedules
•    Ensure the accuracy of report data
•    Documenting processes and procedures for BI solutions as support.
•    Provide training and assistance to users for generation of ad hoc reports as needed.
•    Participate in business analysis activities to gather required reporting and dashboard requirements.
•    Promote Business Intelligence benefits to the organization and usage of our tools to relevant business groups.
•    Support admin functions and reporting
•    Perform other duties as required by management

Job Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED •    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
•    Experience with Teradata and MicroStrategy 10.X is a plus
•    Retail knowledge is a plus
•    Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to understand technical information is a must
•    Superior listening skills with the ability to gain clarification when needed
•    Ability to handle multiple tasks with ease, set priorities, and manage time effectively
•    Ability to work well independently and accomplish goals with little or no supervision, or as part of a team as a contributor     
•    Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years + working in Business Intelligence #CorporateOffice
