  • Supervises maintenance staff in the day-to-day facility operations as well as projects. Makes job assignments and set priorities. Assigns and monitors work assignments, provides feedback and training, evaluates performance, and disciplines as needed
  • Utilizes current work order system/establishes a better system for capturing, recording, and prioritizing work orders from CCLS/CLE managers
  • Monitors routine maintenance on equipment and systems, ensures that schedules are being followed
  • Oversee maintenance and upkeep of corporate office building
  • Maintains working knowledge of systems on each property
  • Establish and maintain preventive maintenance schedules for each of the properties
  • Obtains estimates from vendors/contractors on larger maintenance projects and vehicles
  • Contacts local building inspectors when applicable and assures projects are within state codes
  • Performs physical work with other maintenance staff or individually as needed to complete maintenance and routine projects

Facilities Management:

  • Coordinate office security issues as needed
  • Ensure all facilities are operating and maintained in alignment with established company standards and procedures
  • Manage third-party contractors/vendors engaged in operating and maintaining properties
  • Develop, cultivate and own key relationships with third-party service providers and vendors
  • Assign and monitor clerical, administrative and tasks among office staff (Janitorial Staff and building facilities staff)
  • Maintain office operations and procedures and update as needed

Headquarters, Satellite Offices and Warehouses Management:

  • Office Management: Standardize and coordinate all office supply purchases; collect mail and other packages received and distribute to the correct employee; coordination of necessary services for satellite offices, remote employees and warehouses.
  • Budget and Spend Management: Including but not limited to, driving efficiencies and cost-reduction through office technology improvements; arranging equipment provider leasing arrangements; and negotiating software costs as necessary.
  • Office & Warehouse Space Lease Management: Including but not limited to, maintenance of communications with all property management companies; maintenance of the appearance and tidiness of all office spaces, including cleanliness and scheduled maintenance.
  • Office Space Maintenance: Manage parking for all staff and guests, assign office and key fob entry, coordinate purchase of all office furnishings and fixtures, request and arrange maintenance or replacements as needed, ensure overall tidiness and professional appearance of office space on a daily basis, standardization and coordination of in-house or off-site meetings and activities, and set up of work space for all new employees (in coordination with the Human Resources department).
  • Utility Management: Including but not limited to, coordination of necessary services for satellite offices; coordination and management of internet connectivity for all offices; management of telephone and video conferencing systems; software management for various Divisions; printer connectivity and support; and manage computer technology spend and inventory.
  • Coordination and maintenance of telecom services, including but not limited to, ensuring telephone and internet service is functional, maintaining the Company's toll-free numbers, and maintaining functional Wi-Fi service for all locations.
  • Coordination for investor, candidate, and staff travel arrangements.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Development and maintenance of site including building and capital expenditure projects
  • Respond to employee concerns and maintain a safe work environment for the CREWS team and employees and guests in general.
  • Deliver an exceptional employee experience while effectively managing cost and vendor strategies.
  • Direct the outsource relationship with vendors for dining services and housekeeping.
  • Maintains relationships with property management liaisons. Plans and communicates major building services /projects.
  • Leads, develops and motivates the CREWS teams, communicates performance goals and priorities.
  • Responsible for financial budgets leveraging forecasting tools.
  • Experience managing a Facilities/Operations team with experience in mechanical systems (HVAC, lighting, BMS systems).
  • Ability to handle multiple requests, work in a fast-paced environment and be responsive to customer requests/service issues.
  • Ability to think 'outside the box' and bring creative, nonstandard and innovative solutions to the table.
  • Ability to manipulate data, see beyond the numbers, be strategic and draw business conclusions. Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Proficient in the use of common business software programs and familiarity with Google applications. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
