Position Overview:

Responsible for partnering with company leaders to identify development needs for Corporate Office associates, sourcing & developing curriculum, selecting appropriate delivery mechanisms and monitoring training effectiveness.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Align training with company's strategic goals
  • Assess training needs of Corporate Office associates & partner with leaders to develop career paths and improve associate productivity & effectiveness
  • Source, review & develop training material & content
  • Oversee, evaluate & update current Learning Management System content & other educational material
  • Assist with high potential identification, succession planning & development plans
  • Monitor & communicate training related metrics
  • Create & manage a training budget
  • Work collaboratively within the Human Resources team & take initiative to assist other team members to ensure a high level of customer service
  • Manage confidential & sensitive information

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 10+ years relevant work experience
  • Demonstrates strong cultural awareness & business acumen
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to manage confidential information with a high level of sensitivity & accuracy
  • Maintains a positive, professional demeanor in all interactions
