Job Description

Summary: This position is responsible for directing the proper handling of all field issues from an employee relations standpoint while working in collaborative efforts with Loss Prevention, Finance and Operations.

  • Develop strategic initiatives in partnership with Store Operations/Loss Prevention/Human Resources to advance Associate development up to and including the Regional Directors/District Sales Managers/Zone Managers in an effort to contribute to the Company's succession planning.

  • Responsible for all field issues from an employee relations standpoint including Hostile Work environment complaints, Sexual harassment, EEOC complaints, etc.

  • Provides guidance, leadership and support to the Human Resources Field Managers.

  • Ensures the strict adherence to employment law/equal opportunity guidelines and regulation, local as well as federal guidelines, in the field.

  • Provides guidance and recommendations to Home Office as well as field and Store personnel on issues such as staffing & recruitment, employment laws, salary administration and current company policy.

  • Assist in the roll out of Training initiatives to include partnering with ZM/RM/DSM's and district where needed.

  • Develops/recommends electronic systems which create efficiencies for our Company and/or enhances the Associate experience in an effort to gain Associate engagement.
