POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for the daily business management of the Spencers and Spirit website platform and all external 3rd party vendors integrated to the platform. This includes measuring and maintaining business KPI’s and creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures for platform. This position will also help manage the future business development as well as project updates to platform.


 
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate with 3rd party vendors that integrate with platform to maintain best practices and optimal performance. 
  • Report & help analyze 3rd party vendor performance metrics.
  • Partner with Site Merchandising teams and Marketing teams to help optimize customer experience.
  • Partner with UX and Web Developer team to define and implement feature enhancements to site in approved time frames.
  • In conjunction with Vice President, identify improvement opportunities thru processes and efficiencies.
  • In conjunction with Sr. Director of E-Commerce Operations, coordinate and liaison with logistics and guest services to improve processes and maintain best practices.
  • Support internal development team to audit site performance.
  • Along with UX team, monitor and address deficiencies for optimization.
  • In conjunction with IT Development & Operations teams, drive strategic enhancements and bug fixes through robust project management.
  • Manage and prioritize platform development and bug fix tickets with internal IT team and platform provider.
  • Oversee the UAT testing for all enhancements and bug fixes.
  • Help prioritize vendor resources as needed.
  • Monitor and address deficiencies and success in defect close rates.  
  • Manage the coordination and development of Business Requirement Documents (BRD) for site enhancement projects.
  • Coordinate with store and IT OMS teams to drive optimal & profitable performance from Order Management Systems.

Job Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Strong E-commerce experience. 
  • Strong written and verbal business communication skills 
  • Project Management expertise 
  • Understanding of Omniture Analytics Tool and/or similar analytics tool like Google Analytics.
  • Relationship Management skills
  • Excellent presentation/speaking skills 
  • Ability to understand and communicate and create digital analytics
