Job Description

This position is responsible for portfolio management across Spencer's and Spirit. Responsibilities will include assisting Spencer deal makers with individual deals (renewals analysis, new store sales potential and analysis, landlord performance review and comparison etc.), as well as Spirit lease processing during peak season, if necessary.

  • Key Date Management - Manage/analyze/report on lease related critical dates (such as lease expirations, renewal notifications and kick outs) includes preparing key date sheets for deal makers upon request (Spencers only)
  • Assist deal makers with lease related questions, and provide information and support to the deal makers as it relates to the Key Date process. (Spencers only)
  • Review real estate packages to ensure quality financial information is presented, as well as prepare meeting summaries and follow up on meeting decisions and action items (Spencers only)
  • Overflow for monthly deal packages (Spencers only)
  • Lease processing for Spirit during their peak season
  • Landlord review and analysis (deal comparison on renewals and new stores, data for portfolio reviews etc.)
  • Real Estate weekly and monthly reporting to guide and understand the business
  • Ad hoc reporting as necessary to support real estate driven initiatives
  • Ad hoc analysis as necessary to support real estate driven initiatives
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or equivalent; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • High level analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented and a strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to multi task and deal with ambiguity
  • Independent decision making ability
