  • Answer customer calls and resolving issues or concerns within predefined parameters.
  • Respond to customer complaints by the timely coordination of field input where required.
  • Respond to internet inquires or concerns and resolve as needed.
  • Maintain files and report the monthly activity of calls.


  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six to 12 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software. This includes Microsoft Office programs.
