Job Description

The LMS Administrator will support the creation, development, and delivery of e-learning programs; in addition participate in the construction, implementation, and design of training programs. Responsibilities include supporting strategies and technologies that will leverage digital media to instruct and educate the field.

The LMS Administrator’s main responsibility will be development and creation of content for e-learning and training programs. Additional responsibilities include maintaining content management tools, developing reports to track user progress, provide technical support to users and business partners.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2-year degree in Creative Design Required
  • 1-2 years of Creative Design (Web Design is acceptable)
  • 1-2 years of Retail experience Required
  • Proficient in the following Microsoft Office Applications: Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, Power Point, and Publisher
  • Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or similar software packages.
  • Intermediate knowledge of HTML and CSS languages.
  • Strong visual skills for development of instructional layouts
  • Ability to write for any audience
  • Ability to organize and develop content and layouts
  • Ability to work with different business partners through the company
  • Ability to organize and manage administrative functionality of a Learning Management System
  • Excellent communication skills
  • 4-year degree from an accredited college or University preferably with a Major in Instructional Design or training
  • Experience education or training is a plus
  • Experience with authoring software such as Adobe Captivate or Articulate
