Summary: This position is responsible for developing and executing eCommerce strategies and objectives that enhance the brands and deepen the relationship with existing clients and customers all driving to improvement of Marketing KPI's and overall site sales, margin and conversion.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with both online and brick & mortar Marketing teams to develop online promotional strategies that provide the customer a seamless experience.
  • Execute and report upon success metrics of onsite promotional strategies and email channel.
  • Identify strategic partnerships and emerging technologies that enhance and improve existing customer loyalty and conversion.
  • Partner with other e-commerce teams to coordinate and create both site wide and category level promotions that support the brands and encourage profitable conversion.
  • Manage any external agencies relating to customer loyalty, retention and email.
  • Develop and manage both strategy and execution of promotional email campaigns for all brands.
  • Develop and manage strategy to drive continued efficiencies and demand thru transactional and automated email campaigns.
  • Help coordinate the creation and deployment of all email campaigns.
  • Review and interpret data, in conjunction with Analytics Manager, to improve promotional email performance as well as onsite promotions; including key digital KPI's and margin goals.
  • Manage any budgets related to both promotional activity and email campaigns.
  • Develop strategy around personalization of promotional campaigns based upon individual or groups of customer shopping habits.

  • Bachelor's degree
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software. This includes Microsoft programs such as Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience with web analytics tools (Omniture, CoreMetrics, Visual Sciences, HTML, and Social Media).
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Detail oriented with the ability to see the big picture.
  • Self starter with the ability to work both independently and as team member.
