Job Description

The position is responsible for protecting the company assets by developing and implementing Loss Prevention programs, provide training and supervising investigations to reduce theft and shortages and increase profitability.

  • Conduct internal dishonesty interviews using industry standard interview techniques
  • Assists the Human Resources Department with harassment investigations as needed within 24 hours from call
  • Examine and analyze documents to determine root cause of losses and resolve accordingly
  • Conduct on-site training visits aimed at internal, paper and external loss prevention awareness
  • Provide on-going support and resources via phone calls and be available ager hours
  • Be involved in prosecution/restitution follow-up
  • Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or seven to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software. This includes Microsoft Office, social media, Internet research tools, CCTV software and transaction exception reporting programs
