Summary: We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst who has demonstrated experience building dynamic relationships with stakeholders and driving results on enterprise projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has previous technical experience in areas such as hardware, software development, and data management.   • Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
  • Work closely with Technology team to improve existing systems and provide input to create specifications for next generation
  • Ability to understand multiple priorities and adjust plans/schedules in an effort to achieve business objectives.
  • Possesses technical computer knowledge and basic understanding of concepts and principles in retail industry.
  • Familiar with software design, systems architecture, change control, and support processes.
  • Identify and document cross functional requirements, operational workflow, information resources and distribution paths, and system specifications.
  • Conduct operational workflow, process diagrams and gap analysis.
  • Define reporting and alerting requirements
  • Define nonfunctional operational requirements
  • Document and refine system modifications.
  • Act as a resource in understanding how systems carry out business functions.
  • Communicate effectively with business users to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions.
  • Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team
  • Communicate key insights and findings to product team
  • Conduct meetings and Power Point presentations to communicate and bring alignment with stakeholders
  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirement
  • Perform User Acceptance testing


  • Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
  • Previous hands on technical experience including but not limited to hardware systems, software development, data management
  • A degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering / Supply Chain or Operations
  • Proven experience in eliciting requirements and testing
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel or Smartsheet
  • Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
  • Solid experience in writing SQL queries
  • Solid knowledge in generating process documentation
  • Large scale documentation experience including impact to downstream and upstream processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • Prior domain experience in retail and supply chain
  • Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager
  • Ability to effectively convey critical information to various levels within the organization
