  • Collect data via emails and accurately input data into the Real Estate Database (CoStar Real Estate Manager)
  • Process Real Estate Leases, which includes printing leases, obtaining appropriate signatures, coordinating payments, and sending out lease packages with all of the correct documentation (i.e. insurance certificates, payments, etc.)
  • Create and update vendors in financial systems.
  • Follow up diligently on lease information (including but not limited to: payment information, insurance requirements, and appropriate contacts) and fully executed leases
  • Maintain lease files both in the Real Estate Database and for each lease package to ensure all mandatory documents are collected.
  • Process and obtain business licenses by communicating with the appropriate municipalities and jurisdictions and applying and paying for applications either online or by mail
  • Assist Spirit Real Estate Department and other departments on projects assigned by Supervisor

Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook and MS Office programs
  • Must be dependable, organized, a self-starter, detail oriented and assertive
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to work independently
  • Be a team player
  • Real Estate background a plus
  • Professional phone etiquette.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Experience/Education Required:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 1 year experience
