    Summary:  Training Content Administrator will support the creation, development, and delivery of e-learning programs; in addition participate in the construction, implementation, and design of training programs. Responsibilities include supporting strategies and technologies that will leverage digital media to instruct and educate the field.
  • The Training Content Administrator's main responsibility will be development and creation of content for e-learning and training programs. Additional responsibilities include maintaining content management tools, developing reports to track user progress, provide technical support to users and business partners.

    Job Requirements


    • 2-year degree in Creative Design Required
    • 1-2 years of Creative Design (Web Design is acceptable)
    • Proficient in the following Microsoft Office Applications: Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, Powerpoint, and Publisher
    • Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign or similar software packages.
    • Intermediate to expert knowledge of HTML and CSS languages.
    • Strong visual skills for development of instructional layouts
    • Ability to write and develop to any audience
    • Ability to organize and develop content and layouts
    • Ability to travel when necessary
    • Ability to work with different business partners through the company
    • Ability to organize and manage administrative functionality of a Learning Management System
    • Explores options to improve development and delivery of e-learning
    • Adapts and accepts change
    • Receptive to feedback and makes necessary changes to improve
    • Excellent communication skills
    • 4-year degree from an accredited college or University preferably with a Major in Instructional Design or training
    • Experience uploading SCORM and/or AICC files would be a plus
    • Intermediate Web Design experience
    • Experience with authoring software such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate, and Flash
