Distribution Center Opportunities

The Spencer's & Spirit Distribution Center is located in Charlotte, NC. The Distribution Center is 500,000 square feet with over 2.5 miles of conveyor space along with pick to light and RF technology. We employ approximately 200 associates year-round and increase to over 500 associates with two shifts during our peak season, June through December. We process nearly 3 million cartons and customer orders through the facility annually. The Distribution Team is defined by their commitment to each other as well as customer and store service. Positions are posted throughout the year in a variety of full-time warehouse functions including Vendor Compliance, Traffic, Production, Information Technology, and Human Resources.
