DISTRIBUTION CENTER OPPORTUNITIES

The Spencer's & Spirit Halloween Distribution Center is located in Charlotte, NC. The Distribution Center is 500,000 square feet with over 2.5 miles of conveyor along with pick to light and RF technology. Approximately 200 Associates are employed year round, increasing to over 500 team Associates and two shifts for our peak season, June through December. We process nearly 3 million cartons and customer orders through the facility annually. The Distribution Team is defined by their commitment to each other as well as customer and store service. Positions are posted throughout the year in a variety of full time warehouse functions including Vendor Compliance, Traffic, Production, Information Technology and Human Resources.
