Responsibilities
The BI Architecture Intern will support enterprise data governance initiatives. This internship focuses on standardizing naming conventions across data objects and offers hands-on experience working with BI architects and data engineering teams to ensure consistency, clarity, and scalability within our data environment.
Collaborate with BI and data architects to define standardized naming conventions for data objects, including tables and views
Document and communicate naming standards to relevant stakeholders across the organization
Work closely with the data engineering team to implement the approved naming conventions within existing data assets
Assist in identifying inconsistencies and support efforts to bring legacy assets into compliance
Participate in team meetings and contribute to data architecture improvement discussions
Qualifications
- Available to work 30 hours per week while being on-site a minimum of 2 days per week (Tuesday - Thursday)
- Completion of junior year preferred and must be enrolled in college for the upcoming semester; graduate students are also encouraged to apply
- Commutable distance to our home office in Egg Harbor Township, NJ
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
Basic understanding of data structures, relational databases, and SQL
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective communication and collaboration abilities
Interest in data governance, business intelligence, or data architecture
The pay range reflects the potential rate for this role. Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as relevant experience and skills, and the scope and responsibilities of the position.

$20.00 per hour
