Overview

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing construction and renovation projects for retail locations, including coordinating schedules, budgets, and documentation.
  • Support the facilities team with maintenance requests, store, field and vendor communications, and work order tracking.
  • Research facilities issues and spend analysis. Report findings and recommendations.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis related to construction and facilities management projects.
  • Maintain project files, contracts, and other administrative documents.
  • Create project takeoffs and purchase orders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including real estate, store operations, and procurement.
  • Update tracking documents, schedules, and Tango.
  • Review and track invoices, contracts, and vendor agreements for accuracy and cost-effectiveness.

    • Preferred majors:

    • Business Administration, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, and Architectural Design

    Qualifications

    • Enrollment in college for the upcoming semester
    • Completion of your sophomore year
    • Graduate students are welcome
    • Commutable distance to our home office in Egg Harbor Township, NJ
