This individual will lead the Order Management Team to position Spencer’s and Spirit Halloween’s product assortment into a seamless and customer-centric cross channel fulfillment experience.

  • They will focus on rolling out and integrating our retail operations into delivery, fulfillment and logistics capabilities.
  • These strategies will include but not limited to BOSS, BOPIS, Curbside Pick Up, Same Day/Next Day Home Deliveries, Vendor Drop Ship & Alternative Last Mile Options.
  • They will blend and maximize the Spencer and Spirit Halloween store physical footprint with our digital assets to allow for a more seamless and profitable delivery experience for our customers.
  • This individual should be aware of industry best practices and emerging technologies.
  • They should develop and deploy future e-commerce and fulfillment experiences that support our omni-channel strategy and retail operations as well as the changing needs of the customer.
  • They will shepherd perpetual business support, product management and continuous process improvement.
  • They will develop a highly performing team.
  • They will manager a fulfillment and Ops interface that develops and communicates metrics and score cards to measure and improve operational excellence, speed to customer, quality of service and profitability.
  • This individual will excel at cross-functional relationship management.
  • They will partner with and provide guidance to Retail Operations, Supply Chain, IT and Transportation teams to maximize the opportunity and health of our fulfillment assets.
  • This individual will partner with e-commerce Analytics Team and Logistics Finance Team to drive efficiencies in shipping expenses.
  • They will partner with other e-commerce leaders to maximize sales both online and in stores thru BOPIS experience.


  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or University; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Ability to adjust in a fast-paced and creative environment.
  • Works well under pressure and timelines
  • Excellent organizational skills and extremely detail oriented.
  • Team player with a positive “can-do” attitude, strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Research and internet savvy.
