Responsibilities

Summary:  Reports directly to the guest services supervisor and is responsible for answering questions/ comments and resolving guest services issues via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, blogs, message boards and other social media outlets.
 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Proficient in social media platforms and skills (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc)
  • Be skillful with computers and standard software packages (Microsoft Office products as well as any third-party social media software (Hootesuite)
  • Have a high attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Have an exceptional understanding of social media and be an avid user of social media
  • Excellent communication skills including excellent spelling/grammar skills (both verbal and written) - Quick learner
  • Maintain files and report the daily, weekly and monthly activity

Education and/or Experience:                                           

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or six to 12 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills:                                                     

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Social Media software and websites; Spreadsheet and Word Processing software. This includes Microsoft Office programs.
