Responsibilities
Responsible for providing administrative support for the SVP, Stores, and assisting across the team and organization to create a positive employee experience and collaborative work environment.
- Provide administrative support for Store Operations, including office supply management, mail distribution, payroll and expense processing, budget management, meeting and calendar coordination, and phone coverage
- Serve as the department liaison across the organization, assisting with projects and initiatives
- Manage confidential information with sensitivity and discretion (i.e., compensation, personnel files, employee relations matters, etc.)
- Coordinate travel for the SVP, Stores, as well as select field leadership
- Manage event planning tasks including rate negotiations, schedule coordination, attendee communications, and catering arrangements
- Manage the tracking of store visit recaps and prepare summaries of the data presented in visit documents
- Take initiative to assist other team members, ensuring a high level of customer service and a positive employee and candidate experience
- Assist with executive and board-level presentations and tracking and communication of Store Operations–related metrics
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, exercising discretion when interfacing with the business
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact at all organizational levels
- Skilled in handling confidential information with discretion
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical abilities
- Flexible, resilient, collaborative, and team-oriented; maintains a positive, professional demeanor
- Works with urgency, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, fun environment
The pay range reflects the potential base salary range for this role. Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as relevant experience and skills, and the scope and responsibilities of the position.
Pay Range
$60,000 - $75,000
