Responsibilities
The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support for the SVP, Human Resources and assisting across the team and organization to create a positive employee experience and collaborative work environment.
- General administrative responsibilities to support an organized and efficient HR work environment to include office supply ordering & management, copier/printer management, mail distribution, payroll and expense report processing, budget preparation & management, meeting planning, calendar management, phone calls and executive level offer letters & confidentiality agreements, etc
- Serves as department liaison across the organization assisting with projects and initiatives
- Manages confidential information with sensitivity and discretion (i.e., compensation, personnel files, employee relations matters, etc.)
- Takes initiative to assist other team members to ensure a high level of customer service and a positive employee and candidate experience
- Assists with executive and board level presentations
- Assists with tracking and communication of HR related metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferred
- Three plus (3+) years relevant work experience, preferred
- Microsoft Office and Adobe experience required
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate at all levels of an organization
- Ability to manage confidential information with a high level of sensitivity
- Maintains a positive, professional demeanor in all interactions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail

The pay range reflects the potential base salary range for this role. Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as relevant experience and skills, and the scope and responsibilities of the position.
Pay Range
$60,000 - $75,000
