Responsibilities

This role focuses on managing and optimizing product listings and advertising on Amazon Marketplace.

• Monitoring and responding to customer reviews and cases to maintain a positive brand reputation
• Creating and managing Amazon product pages to ensure accurate and engaging listings
• Setting up and managing Instacart listings to expand the company's online presence
• Using Helium 10 (an analytical tool) to track product performance and identify growth opportunities
• Running and analyzing PPC (pay-per-click) ads to improve visibility and drive sales on Amazon

Qualifications

• Experience in using the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail, excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

The pay range reflects the potential base salary range for this role. Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as relevant experience and skills, and the scope and responsibilities of the position.
