Responsibilities
The End User Technology Intern will support the documentation, deployment, and adoption of Microsoft 365 tools across the organization. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience with enterprise-level IT systems and the opportunity to contribute to a high-impact initiative, including the companywide rollout of Microsoft Copilot (ChatGPT-like AI) to enhance productivity and collaboration.
- Document deployment processes, configurations, and best practices for Microsoft 365 applications such as Copilot, Teams, Outlook, and OneDrive
- Assist in the rollout and user enablement of Microsoft Copilot, helping to define use cases, gather feedback, and create user-friendly guides and training materials
- Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and adoption
- Identify opportunities for automation and optimization within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Develop a documentation library for various technologies we use
Qualifications
- Available to work 30 hours per week while being on-site a minimum of 2 days per week (Tuesday - Thursday)
- Completion of junior year preferred and must be enrolled in college for the upcoming semester; graduate students are also encouraged to apply
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Commutable distance to our home office in Egg Harbor Township, NJ
- High level of analytical ability to collect and examine technical data
- Problem-solving skills, focusing on identifying and resolving implementation/support issues
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and basic IT support concepts
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Interest in emerging technologies and digital productivity tools
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn
The pay range reflects the potential base salary range for this role. Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as relevant experience and skills, and the scope and responsibilities of the position.
Pay Range
$20.00 per hour
