Responsibilities
The Senior Manager, Data and Analytics Integration and Operations will lead the DevOps processes and work intake for the Enterprise Analytics team, ensuring efficient planning, execution, and communication across IT and business units. This role oversees project alignment, resource planning, and delivery of data and analytics initiatives, including AI/ML. Strong experience with Azure DevOps, Agile methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration is essential. This role will report to the DVP, Enterprise Analytics.
- Oversee and manage the DevOps process to ensure all tasks and workstreams are properly planned, documented, tracked, and communicated across IT and business teams
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies, mitigating operational risks, and implementing best practices
- Coordinate closely with the PMO to ensure alignment of project-related tasks and timelines across multiple stakeholders
- Manage non-project workstreams in partnership with internal teams, ensuring clear prioritization and execution
- Lead the intake and triage of new work requests, determining whether each item should be treated as a project, enhancement, or support task
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to refine use cases, develop high-level estimates, plan resource requirements, and monitor progress against actuals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in managing portfolios and programs using the Project Delivery Frameworks like SDLC and Agile methodologies. High preference for delivering projects related to Data and Analytics including ML and AI deliverables
- Proficiency with DevOps principles, practices and tools with at least 5 years' experience on Azure DevOps software. Scrum master certifications preferred
- Experience in data product management, platform development, data technology, data engineering, data warehousing, data governance and analytics
- Retail experience, a plus
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Matrix management skills and business acumen
The pay range reflects the potential base salary range for this role. Individual base pay is determined by various factors such as relevant experience and skills, and the scope and responsibilities of the position.
Pay Range
$145,000 - $160,000
